Description of CPS
CPS, namely control and protective switching device, is a new type of low voltage electric apparatus. The CPS is in conformity with standard of GB14048.9, Control and Protective Switching Devices, Section 2 of Low Voltage Switchgear & Controlgear . Besides, it also conforms to IEC60947-6-2(2007),Control and Protective Switching Devices, Section 2 of Multifunctional Electric Apparatus, Part 6 of Low Voltage Swithgear and Controlgear.

DSCPS series product has passed the state verification, which deems that it is a high-tech product integrating main function of separate element such as circuit breaker, contactor, overload relay, isolator etc with modularized single-structure form, it realizes control and protection characteristic with multiple signals. It has advantages of small size, high short circuit breaking capacity, long mechanical and electrical life, high operation reliability, safe and convenient operation, energy saving and material saving etc.
Application and Function
DSCPS series product modular structure of a single product type, integrating the traditional circuit breaker (fuse), contactors, overload (or over-current, phase) relays, starters, main isolator, etc. function with remote control and in-situ direct human control, with instructions and electrical signals panel alarm function, with coordination of the time-current protection features (anti-time, fixed time and instantaneous protection features three sections), can be realized general (not frequent start) motor loads, frequent starter motor load, the load distribution control and protection circuit.
DSCPS series product is mainly used for AC 50Hz(60Hz), rated voltage up to 690V, rated current from 0.16A to 125A of power system, the ability to access, load and breaking under normal operating conditions including overload conditions current, and the ability to access, load and breaking under normal conditions of non-current, such as short-circuit current.

◎Rated current of main body: frame C: 12A, 16A, 18A, 32A, 45A.
frame D: 45A, 63A, 100A, 125A.
◎ Short circuit breaking capacity: 15kA.
◎ The breaking time under prospective short circuit current is 2~3 ms, with current limiting factor of 0.2 and below.
